Strategy for identification and prioritisation of the projects inthe Romania-Bulgaria cross-border area

The Ministry of Regional Development and Tourism cooridnates the elaboration of a strategy that will lead to the identification and prioritisation of the projects inthe Romania-Bulgaria cross-border area, to be financed from European funds int he period 2014-2020.

After drawing up a first version of the strategy, this will be subject to public consultation. The strategy is drawn up on the basis of the collaboration between the responsible minsitries from the two countries, as well as with the local authorities in the countries/ districts included in the programme and with the potential beneficiaries.

The campaign addresses to the migrants that are illegal on the Romanian territory, asylum seekers and the aliens that benefit of international protection or temporary protection in Romania, but also to the institutions with attributions in the field of migration and aims to inform them about the Voluntary Return Programs in Romania. The campaign also aims to expose the public from Romania to the migration issue, a subject of current concern in the European countries.

“Informed, willing, able” – National Programme

The National Training and Documentation Centre on drugs, organised a training session for the Romanian National Antidrug Agency volunteers under the name “Informed, willing, able”. The training course was attended by 23 students from the “Spiru Haret” University of Bucharest, Faculty of Law, volunteers from Drug Prevention, Evaluation and Counseling Centers in Bucharest and Ilfov county. The overall objective of the course was to develop volunteers’ skills in drug prevention.
